Our Vision, Mission and Values

To be a center of excellence for the Community at large, transcending geographic boundaries and providing a meeting point between the Islamic and Western worlds of learning, while working resolutely with transparency, integrity and compassion to transform lives, build family values and bring about a positive change and harmony in the communities.”

  • To offer services that will enable the development of a society which believes in respect for humanity and different schools of thought and faith
  • To promote among the Community an active and intelligent appreciation of Islamic tenets and virtues as revealed in the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl-e-Bait (AS).
  • To be an institution of purpose for the Community in general and the youth in specific, providing them opportunities to learn, research and grow not only in intimacy with God Almighty, His prophets – particularly His last messenger Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Ahl-e-Bait (AS), but also discover more of their purpose in Life so that they can put their faith in action.
  • We are an independent, autonomous and non-partisan organization. We design and conduct our work independent of any political party, donor or any other third party.
  • We are answerable to our own mission, values and governing body (Board of Management) rather than any outside influence or the instructions of a third party.

  • We promote inter-faith harmony and believe all people are equal – irrespective of colour, creed, gender, ethnicity or disability. We actively promote human rights, dignity, equity and inclusion of all, and particularly our Community – the welfare of whom is our strategic purpose and intent.
  • We strive to find the Truth through research, study, exploration, learning and education, and shall always uphold the Truth against all odds.
  • We value diversity of opinion, freedom of expression and open debate, and promote these values at all levels.
  • We have constructive relations with our beneficiaries based on mutual respect and shared goals. We respect their integrity, their needs and circumstances.
  • We strive for quality and excellence, and a culture of learning and reflection, in all that we do.
